Our main goal here at the IT service desk is to provide real-time technical support with a primary focus on enhancing and expanding technology services to the entire college community while focusing on delivering exceptional service. This website contains all the information you would require as a new IT consultant and is your official onboarding resource. If you have any questions/clarifications, please feel free to reach out to your onboarding buddy or one of the student leads and they would be happy to help you out!

Some of the main responsibilities of a student consultant at the Poole IT Service Desk are as below:

  1. Working actively on ServiceNow tickets
  2. Assisting students, faculty and staff as and when they drop by at the Service Desk
  3. Work on additional projects assigned by student leads/supervisors
