Thanks for reporting this issue. As far as what you can do regarding this issue, you can have people report it as phishing inside of their outlook app / forward it to [email protected] to make them aware of it.

Additionally, if you are able to send mass e-mails, you may send a notification to all of the people that you believe may have gotten it to either ignore it / double check that they’re replying to your actual email.

Unfortunately, while the OIT security office catches a lot of this stuff, some of it does make it under the radar. For the items that make it under the radar, the only thing that really helps is situational awareness.
