Parts of a License

• Software Name: Name of the license software being used
• Product Key:  Code to identify the software product
• Seats: Number of people in the class using the software
• Vendor: Who is the manufacturer or seller of the software
• Licensed to Name: Who is the license for (faculty or professor)
• Licensed to Email: Email of the person asking for the license
• Reassignable: Who to reassign the license too
• Total Cost: total Cost of the license including seats per purchase
• Purchase Date: When the license was purchased 
• Expiration Date: When the license expires
• Cost/seat: Cost per seat
• PO#: Purchase order number
• Deployed to: What the license can be deployed on (VCL, AWS, Laptop, Tablet, etc)
